Refund & Cancellation Policy

All purchases made through Platinum Marketing Group Inc. (Platinum Stays) are subject to the following cancellation and refund terms. To request a cancellation, the purchaser must submit a written request within thirty (30) calendar days from the original date of purchase. Cancellation requests must be sent via email to support@platinumestays.com and must include the purchaser’s full name, client code, date of purchase, and reason for cancellation. Failure to provide the required information may result in delays or denial of the request.

By completing a purchase, the purchaser agrees to first contact Platinum Stays directly to request cancellation or resolution prior to initiating any dispute, chargeback, or claim with a bank or financial institution. All cancellation and support requests must be submitted to support@platinumestays.com or by calling or texting 1-888-308-9641, and the purchaser agrees to allow the merchant a reasonable opportunity to address and resolve the matter.

Refunds are strictly limited to cancellation requests received within the thirty (30) day period from the purchase date. Any request received after this period will be automatically denied and shall not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

In the event a purchaser is not eligible for a refund or elects not to proceed with travel, the package is fully transferable to another qualified recipient. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to support@platinumestays.com, and the new recipient must meet all eligibility requirements associated with the package and participating resorts.

All packages are sold as a one-time, upfront payment, and by completing the transaction, the purchaser agrees that the full amount is due at the time of purchase and is not subject to installment payments or partial billing arrangements.

After the expiration of the 30-day cancellation period, or upon activation, reservation, or use of any benefit included in the package, the purchase shall be considered final and non-refundable.
